Business Dynamics specialists are all highly experienced

Martin specialises in business strategy, sales, and
marketing. Having been in sales, as sales executive,
sales manager, sales director and managing director
for over 25 years, he focuses on improving client’s
turnover and margin.

- Film Production and Direction
David has a wide career in media communications, having
worked on television programmes, commercials, corporate
videos/DVDs, training films and other multi-media projects.
As part of the Business Dynamics team, David provides
creative and, above all, business-focused films for
a clients wishing to convey a strong and persuasive
message. Recent credits include films for T-Mobile and
Barclaycard.

Simon - Consultant
Simon is a Senior IT Business/Programme Manager, with
wide experience in blue-chip organisations. He has the
skills to see and understand the commercial, technical
and legal issues of any project, and is a strategic
thinker and a clear communicator. Having spent many
years with British Airways, and previously American
Express he brings a strong team-working ethos to the
business in his projects.

Sue
- Human Resources
Sue (name changed for reasons of confidentiality) provides
our clients input on all human resource issues, from
employment contracts and advice on disputes, to updates
on the latest regulation and implementation on best
practice.

Sandra - Project Manager
Sandra has been in business for 20 years, working with
both blue chip companies and SMEs. She was PA to the
Operations Director of SGB for 7 years, a £40M
turnover company, responsible for health and safety
procedures, and the creation of KPIs for the main board.

Amber - Graphics Designer
Amber has been running her own Graphic Design company
for over 10 years having created designs for some very
prestigious clients including, Marni, Claridges, Alessi,
and Churches Shoes to name a few. Based in Brighton
she always delivers great creativity to our clients
and she has produced fabulous designs for us and our
clients alike. Her specialities include corporate identity,
advertising, brochures, magazines, product design &
illustration.

Tracey is an experienced website designer having been
in the website business for over 7 years. Her speciality
are simple yet professional websites that are easy for
viewers to use. She is able to offer the benefit of
her experience to our clients so they are guided through
